What do you mean by Instant Cash?

If the condition of the item complies with provided description, our representative will process your preferred payment method at your doorstep. The payment is instant and you are able to request proof of payment.

How do I sell my gadget via IntoCash?

  1. Search for your device through our on-page filter or through included categories. Please indicate its condition, capacity and other required fields. You will receive an instant quote for your item in which you can proceed to the checkout. 
  2. At the checkout, please include your billing and shipping (collection) information, preferred payment method and convenient collection date then press ‘’place order’’.
  3. The confirmation e-mail with your order details will be sent to the e-mail you have provided. If you spot any errors to your order, please contact immediately support@intocash.co.uk
  4. You will receive a text message of the collection time slot on the day you have chosen. If you have not confirmed the collection time, one of our representatives will give you a call using the phone number you have provided. 
  5. On the day of collection, one of our representatives will test your item to confirm its condition against your online quote. Your payment will be made as per condition. In some circumstances, our representatives are required to confirm your ID. 
  6. Please note that we cannot collect items from hotels/hospitals/guesthouses/hostels etc. Our representatives can pick up items from residential home and office locations only. 

How do you determine the price for my device?

The price offered depends on the condition, network and capacity of your item. We use the details you provide online when testing your items upon collection.

Why did I get paid less than the quote?

The seller will only get paid less only if the condition of the gadget does not match the description provided online – this can include condition, storage, or network. To avoid this, please read our guidelines/terms and conditions and select your phone specifications carefully. If you have chosen wrong specifications after creating the order, you can simply e-mail us on support@intocash.co.uk to alter the information. Please include your name, device name and order number in the email. 

Do you charge for picking up my gadget?

We do not charge to pick up the item – It is totally free!

What if my pickup is delayed?

Usually, our representatives will inform you if the collection will be delayed. However, if you have not been informed it usually means that our representatives are on their way to you. Alternatively, send us an e-mail on support@intocash.co.uk including your name and order number.

What kind of tests are run on my device and why?
What do you do upon arrival?

One of our representatives will confirm your ID and then proceed to device examination. If successful, we will proceed to your instant payment.

We aim to examine your device within 10 minutes. 

My model is not available on IntoCash, can I still sell it?

You can still potentially sell your item to IntoCash. Drop us an email at support@intocash.co.uk and include name, brand, model, condition, capacity and network of the device. We will aim to send you a quote within 24 hours.

Do I need to give the original invoice/receipt also?

Devices with company warranty will fetch you better prices. So, if you claim your device to be under warranty, then we would require the original invoice to be submitted at the time of sale.

What if during pick up the condition of the gadget doesn’t match to the one I provided on the website?

Under such circumstances, our representative will present you with a fresh quote as per the actual condition of the gadget. If you agree, then we will pay you the re-quoted amount on the spot. You may also choose to discontinue our service if the re-quoted value is not up to your mark, without any risk of paying.

Is your service available throughout the UK?

We are currently working to reach every doorstep in the UK. At the moment we operate only in the North-West area but soon in the whole country.

Can I reschedule my pickup?

Yes, all you have to do is just get in touch  at support@intocash.co.uk at least 24hours before your pickup time.y.
