Postage & Packaging

  1. Use the search or menu to find your devices and get your instant quote. Please indicate its condition, capacity and other required fields. 
  2. At the checkout, please include your billing information and preferred payment method.
  3. The confirmation e-mail with your order details will be sent to the e-mail you have provided. If you spot any errors in your order, please contact us immediately customerservice@intocash.co.uk
  4. You will receive an e-mail with a shipping label suitable for the size of your order. Please allow up to 24-hours for the labels to be generated.
  5. Please print off the label and place it on the box and take it to your nearest UPS access shop or Post Office depending on the label received.

Once the item is received on our premises, one of our technicians will examine the item against the information you have provided. Please click here to find out what is being examined.

  1. To ensure the item is protected during transit, wrap the item in a generous layer of bubble wrap. 
  2. Use the original box if in possession. For extra protection, use any kind of padding such as paper or newspaper to put in a box. 
  3. Please remember to put your name and order number inside of the box or on the item.
  4. Make sure all corners of the box are sealed.
  5. Stick the label on the top of the box. 
  6. You are ready to go!

We do not charge for postage – It is totally free!

After 5 working days, your label will be cancelled and you will have to request a new quote.

Payment

The price offered is determined by the condition, capacity and network of your item. Please note; the information you provide is checked agaisnt your item test results. 

Our price offer for your device is guaranteed if your device condition and specification matches the infromation you provided at the time you received the price offer.

Firstly, we advise you to check the reference (your order number) in your bank transactions.

Payments are made same day your item is delivered to us. payments should be instant, however, depending on your bank these transfer can take 3 to 5 working days.
