Services

IntoCash is an e-commerce platform that allow users to sell their items in exchange for money. The process of buying the item is explained on the main website and if you have further questions please see our Support Page with FAQ. If you still wish to gain a clarity, please e-mail our customer support team on intocash@customersupport.co.uk .

Collection Terms

Once we confirm that we are interested in buying your item, we will arrange a special collection. You must ensure your address is correct in order to arrange a collection. The collection will be arranged over the e-mail along with preferred for you time slot. On the day of collection, you may be contacted via telephone to confirm the collection time with one of our IntoCash Consultants.

Once the collection is confirmed between both parties, you must comply and be present at the given time and date. Failure to do so might result in deal termination. The person registered on the website is required to be present as Consultant will require a proof of address upon collection.

During collection a Consultant is required to fully test the item and examine against proposed features such as model, capacity and condition. The consultants are also required to perform security check to detect stolen items.

If the item is successfully examined, the Consultant will process the payment according to given online quote. Please note: the final amount may change if the Consultant disagrees with proposed feature of the item. For example, if you have stated that your item is in Good condition and the Consultant measure it as Poor (according to our IntoCash standards) the amount will change.

Zero Tolerance

During collections, our Consultants must feel safe and comfortable at all times. We will not tolerate any violent or aggressive behavior towards our staff and therefore the local authorities will be contacted if necessary. The deal will also be immediately terminated.

Complaint Procedure

If you wish to file a complaint about our service, please e-mail us on intocash@customersupport.co.uk including your name and a reference number, briefly explaining what has affected your experience.
